Shipping
We use UPS United Parcel Service. UPS makes three attempt to deliver on site. We occasionally ship by USPS United States Postal Service if it is international or less expensive such as smaller items. We will give a shipping estimate when requested. This website does not calculate shipping costs. The final shipping total will appear on your invoice. An email will be sent with the invoice and tracking numbers.
If you need a shipping estimate before your order is processed please email us your request to flametree@flametreeglass.com. Subtotal price is an estimate. Georgia sales tax (Georgia residents only), shipping fees, discounts and sales specials will be applied after submission. All orders will be shipped ground service unless otherwise specified. This website does not process your credit card. Credit cards are manually processed after items are pulled and packaged. The first email is an auto generated subtotal review of order contents. We will send out a second email with final total charged, pdf invoice copy and tracking numbers.
Return Policy
If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged or not what you expected you must call within 24 hour of receipt of the package. Returns more than 30 days past date of the invoice may be denied. Please send all returns in sturdy packaging so that they arrive undamaged, include insurance. If your package was damaged during shipping, it is required that the damaged box be inspected by UPS or USPS. Make sure the original box, packing materials and items are to be left in the same condition as you received them or your claim may be denied. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
NO RETURNS on glass art, lampwork beads, books, videos, dvd's, special orders, custom ordered items, special discounted, discontinued items or items damaged due to improper use and handling.
